“Its a Bengali style sweet shop with variety of sweets available. But the prices are bit high compared to similar shops. Quality of the seeets are good. Place is small, during festivals gets crowded. There is no seats, only standing.”
“I have visited Bancharam multiple times. I like their offerings in snacks such as singara or radha ballavi. The food is authentic Kolkata style and always has been lip smacking, delicious. Mishti doi is another thing available here.”
“Baked rasgulla is one item which I felt worth trying out here but otherwise absolutely a costly affair with no such wow factors I would say. There are many cheaper alternatives to try out if you are looking for Bengali sweets.”
