Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of pagenearby.com and the web pages and websites we build.
1. What PageNearby is
PageNearby publishes one-page websites for businesses in India, built from publicly available business information, and offers paid websites on a business's own domain.
2. Free business pages
A free page is created from public listing data and may include a business's name, category, address, opening hours, map location, rating and public reviews. Free pages carry PageNearby branding and show the business phone number only after a visitor provides an email address. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that free pages are complete or current. A free page is not an endorsement of the business, and PageNearby is not the business or its agent.
3. Paid websites
The "Your own website" plan is a one-time fee of ₹10,000 that includes design, copy, one year of hosting and SSL, and edits by email within 48 hours during that year. Domain registration is in the business's name where the registry allows it. The fee is payable before work begins and is refundable in full if we do not deliver a first version within 7 working days. After delivery, refunds are at our discretion. Renewal of hosting after the first year is offered at the then-current price and is optional.
4. Removing or correcting your business page
If you own or manage a business that has a page on PageNearby and you want it removed, corrected or updated, send an email to support@pagenearby.com with the subject "Remove my business page" or "Correct my business page", the page address, and a way for us to confirm you represent the business, such as a reply from the business's listed phone or email. Removal is completed within 7 days of confirmation and the address returns a "page removed" notice. No fee is charged for removal or correction.
5. Content and reviews
Reviews shown on business pages are quoted from public sources and belong to their authors. If you wrote a review and want it removed from a PageNearby page, email support@pagenearby.com.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, harvest or bulk-download phone numbers, emails or other data from PageNearby, or use automated tools to submit email addresses that are not your own. We may block access and delete data collected in breach of this clause.
7. Liability
PageNearby is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information on a free page, downtime, or a business's goods or services. Our total liability for a paid website is limited to the fee paid.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
